Pioneer 112D Noise

Hello!... i recently bought this driver as my old 107d died, but this new 112d seems to spin all time at maximum! even when burning at 8x, makes lots of noise compared to my old 107d....

Is there any program to make it silent, or at least reduce it a little?

Thanks!

Re: Pioneer 112D Noise

It will automatically reduce the speed after a few seconds if the speed is not necessary.

Re: Pioneer 112D Noise

Well, I gotta agree with Leila80 on this topic - The 112D (1810) really is a noisy sucker.

Funny thing is, I was only burning at 8x speeds.

Thats actually my only complaint about it.

So I can't say im dissapointed in its ability to produce quality burns - which it always has for me so far.
