Burner User Reviews and Comments Discuss, drives that burn at 18x at CD and DVD Burners forum; why is there drives out there wot write at 18x times when it is remanded that you burn your moves at 4x so is it a waste of time getting a drive whots writs at 18x

Errrm....who says to burn movies at 4x? I haven't seen many around this forum that do. Personally I tend to burn mine at 8-12x, maybe slower if it's really crap media.

As for 18x. It can be OK for data burning now and then I've found.

Burning @18x with quality media is not so bad indeed. Take a look at the following scan
