Samsung Burner Discuss, SH-S182D DVD-R Lead-In at CD and DVD Burners forum; Hi, thanks for the feedback about the 6002T firmware. This didn't well with my own 182D - TRT failed with error on two different MIDs (TYG03 and Ritek F1). Didn't try other media but went back to SPD2412T 1.5 firmware.

Hi mciahel, appreciate your info on the 6002T firmware. My TS-H652M is now in storage. I will flash it to SH-S182M when I have to use it in future.

Well, my own drive has no Lightscribe feature. Maybe this is the reason, something goes wrong with the 6002T firmware. No such trouble with Philips 2412T firmware.

I'd either stick with TS-H652M KC03 or try Philips 6002T again (maybe there is no such problem with the Lightscribe drives). I don't see any reason for Samsung SH-S182M stock firmware at the moment.
