I have a slight problem annoyance with NeroLINUX (using 2.1.0.1 right now):

The folder and directory view at the top left ("My Computer") folds open starting at the root ("/") directory. But on my home machine, the /home directory is a symbolic link pointing to /usr/home. (It could well be pointing to something like /nfs/servername/vol1/homes, like in the Unix infrastructure at work at my employer.) NeroLINUX does not show me the /home directory beneath the root directory. I have to browse through /usr to get to /usr/home.

Mysteriously. handling of symbolic links seems okay otherwise. I have a few beneath my home directory, and I do get to see the content of their target directories there.

Can anyone confirm this behavior?

So, here's the feature request (independent of above bug): Please add some sort of shortcut to the current user's home directory (in addition to "My Computer", "Filesystems", "Disk Drives").

P.S.: BTW, the quick start documentation is really nice. (Not sure whether it's correct in all aspects, my NeroLINUX ran out-of-the-box. ) You should place a pointer in the "Read first" section of the forum (and throw out all those obsoleted "Read first" messages there).

hi there my nero vision will crash all the time it lets me put the movie in then it will start to do its work then crash i have windows xp sp2 but on my other pc wins 98 its fine does anyone know the problem

Yes, I can confirm that I have to select my DVD+RW drive whenever I try to use it in NeroLinux. Defaults to Image Recorder for some reason. Also, is anyone else have trouble adding data to an existing data DVD+RW disc? Whenever I click the "Burn the current compilation" button, after adding data to the compilation area, NeroLinux totally shuts down taking me back to Desktop. It could be my discs but if this is happening to others then it's probably a bug.
