file dates on burned media

Hello:

This occurs in NeroLinux 3.1.1.0:
The file dates on burned media (CD) show a 1 hour shift compared to the original file dates. Eg if the file date is 2007-07-07 13:00 on the computer, it becomes 2007-07-07 14:00 on the CD.

Is this on purpose (if yes, why?), a bug, or can be changed by a setting?

TIA,
IG
