SoundForge MP3 plugin - Club CDFreaks

I´m looking for SoundForge 4.5 MP3 Update.zip. Can anyone give me a tip where I can d/l it? Thanks in advance.

Why not use the Fraunhofer plugin?! (I think it's better!)

I already use the Frauenhofer, and those are better (both quality and speed), but now the matter is SoundForge 4.5 MP3 Update.zip plugin. Anybody know where to find it? (but don´t tell me to check the Sonic Foundry site). Thanks in advance.
