If it has something to do with illegal activities (trying to buy illegal cds and you got ripped off), whatever you do, don't associate CD Freaks with those practices.

If it has something to do with a store where you bought stuff and you got ripped off, first contact that store and tell your story, but as long as you keep it nice we would love to hear more about it
