How to play Half-Life if your ISP doesn't support it? - Club CDFreaks

My ISP doesn't support playing online games. I know there is a way so that you can still play a game (Half-Life). But how? Can somebody please tell?

[and don't tell I need another ISP, because this one has no charges when online!]

Just go to mplayer.com and sign up, and you will be able to play online

or use a proxy?
maybe that would work? dont know much bout proxy but if you are able to surf online you shoulld be able to use a proxy on a port that is allowed by your isp and that proxy redirects you to a hl server then
