Does anybody now how i can protect a directory from accesing before you giving it a password, a kind of encryption.

With PGP personel privacy you can pretty much protect everything!
(It's on TL 43)

With PGP you can make an encrypted virtual disk. It is a file of the size of the disk on your normal HDD, but you can mount it after giving your password and copy files and dirs onto it. This works very well and it is (almost) impossible to get to the data on that disk without the password.
