More information. I tried launching unidrv.msi in the GameJack 5 folder, and this message popped up:

"Installation Incomplete"

"The installer was interrupted before Universal SCSI Controller could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again."

I did not interact with the setup in any other way other than opening the file.
