MediaCodeSpeedEdit V 1.0.4.5 is out. "Matches more drives"

Adds Benq 1625 type drive and first Cyberhome DX162D-A support.

        - read speed patch for 822 B3LC is now also in the released version
        - added auto rename feature used when no lossless strategy swapping
          is supported and list entries are double clicked
