Hum, this is tricky. I see 3 solutions:

- Get a registry cleaner from Roxio. But as you said they do not react. :-(
- Manually remove their drivers from registry and from the hard disc. But this is risky if you are not familiar with the driver part of the registry.
- Re-install the whole system ( :-( )
