I had Roxio's CD Creation product suite. I never liked it.

I recently got Nero 6. It seemed much better except for one thing. When I instructed it to continue a .iso file it recognized new files (and would "add" them) but was not able to recognize files that had been changed (and never would "replace" any file).

I contacted Nero and was told that if I ran their Driver-CleanTool.exe and their RegistryChecker.exe it would solve the problem. Driver-Clean was not able to get rid of drivers: CDR_2k or CDRALW2l. When I contacted Nero they said to contact Roxio. Roxio is impossible to get through to...(its one of the worse companies I've ever had to deal with). Add/Remove Programs doesn't list the Roxio products. (Win2000 OS)

What do you recommend I do now?
