bad news folks. as late as last night i was running this without a problem. strangely, i was prompted to updated windows media player to v.10, which i did. i'm not sure what happened precisely, but i can't, for the life of me, convert wma--> mp3 using the method i was using flawlessly just hours ago. i don't know if it's cuz of the WMP update but i can't think of anything else that could've caused this. tried to roll a system restore to no avail. any ideas?
