ZeroSignal: I've done almost exactly what you did, albeit slightly different:

Napster (not Napster To Go) in US
WinXP
Media Player 10 Installed
Winamp 5.08d
out_lame 1.6.3

Yet somehow, winamp kept crashing when I use out_lame without the output stacker (Winamp closes by itself when I click Play). If I use the output stacker with the directsound plugin, out_lame works, but not faster than real-time.

Any ideas? Much appreciated.

(Anyone else ran into the same problem? Or didn't run into the same problem with the exact config?)
