I have a dell 2100 & only one 5.25' bay. In that bay I have a liteon DVDRW SOHW 832S & it gives probs reading VCD's & some other CD's.
So I want to buy an external USB enclosure for my LG CED8080B CDRW, to read my VCD's. I think I have a 1.1 USB
My question is can I use this setup to straight copy CD's (Audio, data & VCD's). What speed will I be able to burn at???
How does windows see these external devices? Will it show up in MY Computer as another CD ROM??
