Alcohol 120% can do everything Alcohol 52% can...and more besides. The "52%" version can make images of discs and mount them onto a virtual drive, but it cannot burn the images onto a cd-r by itself. Alcohol 120% can make images, mount them, and burn them - so you made the right choice!
