I'm in the same boat. I was having such good success with the Samsung (TY01), I tested the TY02's and the first cake looked real good. Now I'm sitting on a couple 100 of them.

Fortunately the 1620 is doing a better job with them (not great) than my 3500.

I also though it may be my 1633 but testing on the 832 gives the same result.....

Maybe some new FW will correct the issues.
