Have you tried running memtest or similar for a while (a few hours)? http://www.memtest.org/
You might want to check the temperature on your video card too.
//Danne | they are enabled/set in the driver. Temp is fine on videocard low green. i am pretty sure this is a ie bug as nothing else (burning, ripping, playing games, leaving 3dmark in a loop for 12 hours) cause lockups.
but i still want a better PSU.
