I am using the latest FF and I have to agree that for the most part it is superior to IE in every way. There is no denying that you still have to have IE on some occassions but by and large you are definitely better of with FF. As for the pop-up blocker issues, I have to concur with everyone else here, FF has one of the best pop-up blockers I have seen. A number of other pop-up blockers can screw things up with sites, but this one seems to have a great knack for picking out what is useful and what isn't. The other great thing is that a number of other pop-up blockers can interferre with spyware removal programs. This one does not. As for speed. Maybe it is just a little bit slower but I have to say that each time I notice it running slow, I quickly hop on IE and 99% of the time, it is running slow too. So the speed issue really doesn't have to do with the browser itself. Opera is a great browser but unless you want to fork out $30-$40 for it, you get a version with an ad banner.
