I doubt it has anything to do with the Nero DVD-Video profile. It's probably a problem related to either the compression software you're using (check the compressed files on your hard disk with a DVD software player), the media you're using, your burniner, or a combination. Without additional info from you it's impossible to say what the problem would most likely be..
