Re: What's Muzak's CD Protection!?

Ok, I work in an infernal Muzak filled environment. Now the music on the CD's isn't all that bad... lots of classic rock and stuff liked that... not too shabby, it does get very old very quick (same songs over and over and over.) there are 8 dip-switches on the back of the player.

switches 1,2, and 4 need to be in the upward (I am assuming the on position) switch 3 must be down (off??) in order to play regular CDA format CD's. I will look in to this more to get specifics of these switches.

I am looking to burn my own Muzak CD's as they provide longer play time before they repeat.

If anyone has any information regarding this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
