Thanks for the answer and the clarifications. But somehow I'm more inclined to get the FireWire case and be done with it (I'm short on TIME AND CASH

). Yeah, I thought of selling the Liteon on ebay, but after this "ordeal", I seem to have fallen n love with it and don't want to part with it now
