Just process the DVD twice.
Each time after "Disabling" the unwanted titles and keeping the entire menu.
The disabled titles will be replaced by a blank color screen on each disk but the interactuvity of the menu is untouched.
To my knowledge this feature is inexistant in
DVDshrink where you can but compress unwanted titles to still images.
