I had already checked out your link (Thanks!), but just had to ask the question about the Nero upgrade/website because I figure there are probably many other people out there in the same boat as I am. Just trying to pose a question that others may not have thought of, yet could apply to them. 
FWIW...a bundled 5.5 upgrade to 6.0 is $49.99 from Nero - still not as good of a deal as the eagletronics site though. Have you ever done business with them?
