Maybe not everyone saw the Bahrain GP so I used my divine powers... Btw Gene that avatar makes me want to kick you in your buttocks!
Anyway, the Bahrain GP turned out to be a great one, nice track with lots of overtaking-possibilites and long streches.
I feel for the McLaren team, the frustration in getting inferior engines from Mercedes must be devastating for the team spirit. McLaren will not perform until Mercedes relearns to make engines that do not blow up after half a race (Kimis engine was brand new for gods sake!).
BAR Honda on the other hand is on a roll! The BAR-team has a well-trimmed organisation and Honda engines have the power and reliability needed. And they have Takuma Sato, the most spectacular driver on the track today.
Jenson Button takes his second podium place in a row, a great result indeed.
Williams had a good initial start with Montoya speeding away after Ferrari in the most part of the race, but then something messed up, I'm tipping it was the gearbox but it might aswell been the engine.
Ralf Schumacher on the other hand showed he can not sustain the even level of his brother and the poor soul got himself a little airtime too. Don't you know you are supposed to brake when you're on the outside Ralf?
Hats off to Ferrari & Co. for having the best driver, team and car again. But maybe Ferrari PR people are beginning to scratch their heads, they dont get much TV-time when they are so boring. But I guess the press conferences and rosewater-spraying makes up for it.
In all a very good and entertaining race it was.
