About 2 months ago I purchased Nero 6 from their site and received my CD key.
But I formatted my PC yesterday and made a backup of my mailfolders before, but for some reason all my mails from the last six months are gone now (does OE stores mails in different locations?)
So I checked the Nero site to see if I can login and recover my CD key, but I can't find it anywhere.

Does anyone know how I can get my key back? I just want to be able to use Nero again because I paid for it I already mailed to sales@nero.com but I'm not sure if this is the right method.

So please no links to illegal sites/keys, I only want MY personal CD key back
