Before you go any further, you'd best explain why this is an issue for you. Where ASPI is concerned, it's always best to leave it alone if there's no problem. (if it ain't broke).

If you're having true ASPI-related issues, use KillASPI to remove the old, then install version 4.60 - and only 4.60.
Most systems no longer need any ASPI.
