bighousie,

Perhaps the easiest way to get multiple movies on a DVD is by using DVD2One. My record (maintaining decent picture quality) is 3 - DVD-9's and 4 DVD-5's on a single DVD. Begin with ripping each using DVD Decrypter, then DVD2One, in the "Join" mode then burning with Nero.

321Studio will be coming out this spring with their "DVD XCopy Vault" - claiming to put 5 DVD's on a single DVD. Personally, I don't care for their "warning tags" or their no copy /copy limit. DVD2One is a really excellent ripper, able to shrink a DVD-9 to the required 4.36GB in 20 minutes :-))

DeCrypter is a freeware, DVD2One and Nero are available for 30-day trial periods. Give it a shot, works like a charm.

Cheers, Pete
