Interesting Jamerican... Does the FW work now??? I am going to give the USB2 a shot and hopefully have some luck ::fingers crossed::

Thanks for the advice... also, using Win XP, can access disks if i put them in, but only as a storage device and not as a CD-Rom(type) drive. Thanks again!!
