iRATE radio's developers just announced their new 0.3 release. Get if from iRATE's stable download page.

It works a whole lot better than 0.2 did. I urge you to try it out. It's still not pretty, but it works well.

The Mac OS X version is not quite ready, but is quite usable. I'm doing some of the work on it myself. Either check back in a day or two, or if you like, you can download the test build from iRATE's unstable downloads page
