Not in all countries! I believe the EU version of DVD X Copy does not crack CSS.

Any leaving AnyDVD running should not hurt DVD X Copy (or Shrink, or DVD Decrypter, ...), they will all think what everybody else does: A region free, unprotected disc is in the drive.
