I've been burning DVDs succssfully on DVD+R media with .23 for a while now, but I do use imgtool.exe from http://www.coujo.de/ to do it. It takes all the hassle out of the Nero interface.

It does require outputting your compilation images to hard drive first, but that's seldom a problem.

Just be sure to check UDF only for the formatting, and enable 'maximum compatibilty'
