So that would solve a lot of problems if we could change the type of DVD. I make films for people, and I have to lend them different DVD each time for them to test on their home players... And it means that they might not work on others. Up to now, on a few players (about 6) I've seen a lot a differences.
I hope your lab will find a solution !
