Sounds like your CD-ROM drive is doing a poor job at handeling the errors.

If it's CDS200 try covering up the data session with a water based felt pen. You only need to make a few lines on the disc until data session is ignored, then you can erase it later with some water.

However the errors you are getting are either due to subchannel errors or the CIRC errors thus you may need to use another drive if all else fails.
