| I haven't been able to take one of these CDs home yet, but it seems like its just a large mono mp3 file.
Either that, it could be a series of mp3 files strung together (which seems to make a lot more sense for editing purposes)
I don't think the ID tags in the index mean anything, except to help find the original unencrypted song.
I'm not sure why the first song starts at 2048...
Anyway, if it is just a large collection of smaller mp3 files, then it should be simple to write a script to re-encode and combine them, while pulling the ID3 info and placing it into an index.
If it's one giant continuous music file, then someone with more knowledge of music formats will be needed. |
