You can convert the files generated by DVD2One to an ISO image by using a very simple and straightforward program called ImgTool Classic (free for download on the web).
Just move all the DVD2One generated files in a VIDEO_TS folder then start ImgTool.
in ImgTool select the parent folder of the VIDEO_TS folder as source, type a path + filename for the ISO image to create, for example c:\mymovie.iso and a label for the disc. Then build the image.
You can write this ISO image using DVDDecrypter, Nero, etc...
