well im just telling you guys what i do and it realy helps with complex sections of movies where more action is happning.

less blocks due to high cpu usage

though i do think what you said about the low cpu to high cpu that the quality remains the same only with slow to fast cpu you will see encodeing takeing less time to do .

but im talking about complex parts of movies

and about the fixed bitrate i dont think this is the case with dvd2one.

i think dvd2one if you set the dvd size it will jump up and down during the movie and at more complex parts the bitrate will drop

if your goveing more realtime priority to cpu then it will work a lot harder on the complex parts.

i dunno but i see improvment doing this thats why i thought i would shaire the tip...
