if you do it right you should have no problems

then used gear pro to burn---disc size 4.41gig
gear pro had no problems,but you have to have a good dvd-r or dvd+r disc(not any of the cheap crap) only burned at 1 speed thou
no problems sorted plays on a cyberhome,aiwa,toshiba and ferguson standalone
