Yeah, I can 100% confirm that. I ripped Signs (RC2) and stripped some languages and subtitles with IFOEdit, created new IFOs with IFOEdit an sent the whole stuff thru DVD2one. Result: 5,8 GB. And that's outta question far too big for a DVD-R. ;-)

I re-ripped the whole stuff and did stream processing with DVD2one: everything works fine, final size was sth. about 4,35 GB.

So what do we learn? DVD2one is buggy on working with IFOs created by IFOEdit. Simply rip the whole DVD and do the stripping stuff with DVD2one itself. That'll work ... :-)
