why not just try ISO mode in dvddecrypter ?
your gonna edit out the streams and subs in dvd2one anyways
simply load up the dvddecrypter iso in daemontools and then run it through dvd2one
should get you nice results
But do think that when you select multiple audiostreams that final result will be bigger, just select only the 5.1 english maybe ?
