I also have a Pioneer A05 with firmware 1.21 and burning with RNM 4.5 or Nero 5.5.9.0 gives me no problems what so ever with DVD2ONE generated files.

Have you copied the files to the VIDEO_TS folder with NO other files in there. Other files in there can cause problems.
