I don't have a PSX, I know next to nothing about them... But I was wondering if perhaps the Sony CD/DVD-ROM Generator with one of the burners mentioned in the readme for this app would be able to create a directly bootable PSX disc?
Here's the readme...

Now, take a look at the main app...
It has an option for selecting the region of your disc. Am I correct in saying that the protection which modchips bypass is both region and copy protection?
The package also has a "Master Disc Checker" and "CD_DVD-ROM Recording Unit Controller". Do I have the program which outputs the much desired boot-block? Or is it just something that looks tasty?
Yeah, I'm expecting this one as too good to be true.
