Where can i get that white stuff, i see on the burners, to oil?

All in consideration, i did get the recognize and burn Verbatim

Don`t now, but it will give-me another beautifull chance, to try another rescue operation...lol

It seems there is some problems, at 4/5% on the Burn....

But nothing serious
