You're still in PIO mode and not DMA.

As described above by LOCOENG, it's not sufficient that it just says DMA if available, it should actually be in UDMA 2 or UDMA 4...probably UDMA 2 by the looks of things.
Did you follow the instructions above?
If yes, follow my instructions in post #11...click on the referenced link (Reset DMA link) and run the VBS script file.
