There was a program few years ago that created an audio dvd at the time when minetonka bronze was just about the only home solution for dvd-audio/audio dvd, the disc was seen by the dvd player as an audio cd, no static images or video was created, in effect it was a super sized audio cd.
It was not that strait forward to use.
Shortly after it hit the internet the author was pressured, presumably by MPAA/RIAA to remove it, and there it was, gone!

If anyone nows about this please post some details, as i could do with it myself, it got a mention in the 1st rate hi-fiworld magazine (www.hi-fiworld.co.uk) , i'm sure it'll be lurking in a corner of the net somewhere.
