Shellie my mother and grandmother have been dead for 30 years or so and there isn't a day go by when I don't think of them, sometimes several times a day.
I remember their sage advice, the kind words and happiness they brought to my life. Life was tough just after the war but they always made sure I was well cared for. I have fond memories of my father but there is something special about mothers.
