I didn't mean VTS_0x_0.VOB literally. Substitute x with a number, where there are menus. I don't know where the menus are located. Sorry for being unclear. From the looks of it, the menu VOBs are VTS_02_0.VOB, VTS_03_0.VOB, VTS_04_0.VOB, VTS_06_0.VOB, VTS_07_0.VOB, VTS_08_0.VOB. Please zip these files up.
