I've been using an Antec SmartPower 2.0 400W with push-pull 80mm fans for the last 2-3 years now. Super quiet, super-cool, I can put my hand on it inside the case and just feel cold metal, the exhaust fan never comes on (at one point I even thought it was defective and took it apart to test ). Very happy with it!
