I recently bought a new burner and it came with a disc called nero 7 essentials that appears to include nero express, recode, vision, showtime and InCD.

I've only rarely used nero 6 in the last couple of years and would never bother with InCD.

Is nero 7 express any better than the nero 6 version and are any of the other programs worth installing?

[I know that recode is more or less an updated version of DvdShrink, though without the ripper, but is it any better.]

Thoughts and opinions please?
